TVR’s management board approved TVR’s participation to Eurovision 2013, that takes place in May, in Malmo (Sweden), conditioning this decision on a budget of max Euro 200,000, the same amount as in 2012 .
TVR’s management recommended recovering from advertising sales and sponsorship of the participation fee.
Dan Manoliu, editor in chief Entertainment Redaction at TVR, was designated to handle the management of Romania’s participation at this year’s Eurovision.
The composers that want to enter Eurovision 2013 national selection can do that since January 14 th. The entry period ends on February 3rd.
