Indira Crasnea, re-elected President of Romanian Press Club (CRP)

CRP elected its management and approved the lines of actions in order to relaunch its activity, mainly by institutionalizing the relations with local mass-media, establishing partnerships with professional associations and attracting as members prestigious journalists.

Indira Crasnea was re-elected president, for an interim mandate lasting 1 year. Crasnea, deputy editor-in-chief Mediafax news agency, is 43 and leads CRP since 2008.

Maria Ţoghină, member in SRR’s Management Board and former president general manager at Romanian National Radio, was re-elected vice-president.

There were also elected the companies and their members in CRP’s board, for a 2 years mandate: SRTV (Claudiu Saftoiu), PRO TV (Oana Maiuga), Dogan Media International (Haluk Ziya Kurcer, President&Executive Board Member Kanal D), SBS Broadcasting (Nicoleta Gavrilă, News Director Prima TV), SRR (Maria Toghina), EDI Romania (Sorin Dragomir, News director Europa FM), Mediafax Group (Cristian Dimitriu, editorial director), Viata Medicala Romanească (Mihail Mihailide, founder & director), CD Press (Costin Diaconescu), APEL (Marius Stoianovici).
