Romanian CNA gave audiovisual licenses for local generalist stations Accent TV (Târgu Jiu) and Castellum (Carei, Satu Mare).

Accent TV is deemed to be a program with focus on informational, cultural and educational programs and the value of the investment is Euro 100,000, with functioning costs estimated to Euro 10,000 per month.

Castellum has as main objective to promote tourism to Karolyi castle, the exhibitions and concerts taking place there and investments made by Carei town Hall in local development. The investition value is Euro 150,000
