How many Romanians saw on Antena 3 the biggest flag in the world?

The biggest flag in the world, an Antena 3 and fabricadesteaguri.eu initiative, had a special day dedicated on the news station owned by Intact.

The flag was 349,42 meters long and 226,92 meters wide and a total surface of 79.290 square meters; the record was omologated by a Guinness World Records representative.

For the entire day, Antena 3 had a studio at the location the flag was shown. When it comes of audiences, between 9.00 – 24.00, Antena 3 had an average viewership of 322.000 Romanians (1.7 rtg). Among them, 234.000 were from urban areas (rtg 2,4). Antena 3 ranked 4th, after Pro TV, Antena 1 and Kanal D.

Between 17.00-18.35, when the official ceremony took place in the presence of Romanian prime minister Victor Ponta and of the Guinness Book representative, the channel was watched by 485.000 people (2,5 rtg), from which 339.000 living in urban areas (3,2 rtg). Antena 3 ranked 3rd in audiences, after Pro TV and Antena 11 .
