Bogdan Nicola, shareholder in Romanian The Group, accused for "buying influence" by DNA

Bogdan Nicola, shareholder of Romanian The Group, was sued by DNA, as he is being accused of buying influence.

According to a DNA press release, Bogdan Nicola paid Euro 10,000 to get some documentation needed to construct a building. In the same case are also prosecuted an employee from Public Domain Administration Sector 1 and 2 inspectors of the Community Police.

Bogdan Nicola is the brother of Mihaela Nicola, both shareholders of The Group, together with Zoltan Szigeti.
