Shifting in capital at Antena 3: Camelia and Corina Voiculescu have 93% of shares, Sorin Oancea remains with 5.3%

Camelia and Corina Voiculescu, the main shareholders at Antena 3 S.A., increased their participations within the company following a capital increase validated by the Management Board, through a decision published this week in Romanian Official Monitor, HotNews.ro writes.

Another important shareholder at Antena 3, Sorin Oancea, that is also shareholder and manager at B1 TV, sees his shares package – kept after he left Intact in 2010 - diminished significantly. Oancea disputed in justice the increase of capital and said, for Hotnews.ro, that he will go to trial, but didn’t offered any other information.

Previous to capital increase, the shareholders of Antena 3 were, according to CNA data valid on June 30 Corina Mirela Voiculescu – 48%, Oancea Sorin – 25%, Voiculescu Camelia Rodica – 21%, Foundation Dan Voiculescu for Romania’s Development – 6%.

The shares package owned by Sorin Oancea ddrops from 25% to 5% following the increase of capital.

Oancea recently won a juridical action against Antena 3 that sees the TV obliged to issue him a shareholder certificate.
