CNA will put together and discuss its own conduit code, in line with one of the points included in European Commission’s report for justice from the start of the year, Hotnews.ro writes.
The report states that CNA must get involved more in preventing media pressure over the judicial system and state institutions .
The decision to adopt such a code generated discussions among CNA’s members as it started from a demand from Ministry of Justice for the council to present the evolutions registered related to the mentions on audiovisual from MCV report, with data to be included in the report prepared by Romania for the next report of the Commission.
