According to a decision published on institution’s website, Burda Romania must respect certain conditions, namely to sell some of the titles it owns, namely “Retete: Bucataria de azi” (published by Sanoma), “Ioana Visul Copiilor” (Burda), “Ioana Vine Barza” (Burda) and “Casa de vacanta” (Burda).
Burda Romania announced, in August, the full take over of Sanoma Hearst Romania. Burda International GmbH acquired all Sanoma Hearst’s activities in Romania, from which a group with 35 titles and more than 40 online services resulted.
Burda’s portfolio, after transaction, includes more titles, among which Marie Claire, Esquire, Men’s Health, Auto Motor și Sport and National Geographic, Practic în bucătărie, Casa Lux, Ioana, Grădina mea de vis, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan etc.
