Bucharest’s Court rejected the attempt of Intact Production, owned by Voiculescu family, to dissolve Evenimentul and Capital Publishing House, as EVZ announced. The decision can be contested in appeal, in 30 days since communication.
The court rejected Intact’s action as it was „introduced by a person without quality”.
Intact Production, part of Intact Trust, demanded, in November 2013, for EVZ to be dissolved. In the same period, the company made the same demand related to B1 TV, a demand also rejected by the court.
