Romanian TV station Antena 3 managed to get rid of a RON 5,000 fine after Narcisa Iorga, one of the fiercest critics of the TV station, decided to withdraw her own vote for the fine. As a consequence, the needed number of votes for the decision to be applied wasn’t met anymore.

During a CNA meeting, the institution decided, with 6 out of 10 votes, to fine Antena 3 witn RON 5,000 for unbalanced reporting during the electoral campaign.

Iorga decided to withdraw her vote after she qualified as impossible to give to the TV station such a small fine.
