CNA fined with RON 30,000 OTV for repeated slide-slips during DDD live show when, during multiple edition, Dan Diaconescu made defamatory statements related to Victor Ponta, with which he competes in the same electoral college, and towards the chief of Gorj police. He made his statements without the moderator intervening.
Also, OTV was fined RON 15,000 for broadcasted more advertising than the 12 minutes allowed by the law. Realitatea TV also received a somation for broadcasting 2.30 mins more advertising than the time allowed by law.
