Two journalists from Iasi were convicted 3 and 2 years of prison without execution by a Court in Cluj after they were accused of blackmail, as they demanded, between 2001-2004, to more politicians and businessmen, money for advertising. One of the damaged parties in this case is the actual minister Relu Fenechiu.
