Antena 3, B1 TV and Realitatea TV received warning letters from CNA related to their coverage on Alba County’s referendum regarding Rosia Montana mining operations, which happened in the same time with parliamentary elections on December 9th. Moreover, CNA members decided there’s a need to change the legal provisions on exit-polls within the Audiovisual Code.

For news TVs, they were plamed that they presented the referendum as valid, that they didn’t present within the poll info on number of interviewed people, who ordered the poll or the error margin.
