Ecaterina Andronescu, Gabriela Vranceanu Firea and Adriana Saftoiu are the women personalities with most presences in TV studios in February, according to a mediaTRUST Romania monitoring.

The analysis took in consideration 6 TVs (Antena 3, B1 TV, Romania TV and Money.ro TV, Realitatea TV and Digi 24). The report includes info on shows broadcasted by the TVs between 17.00 – 23.00, in February.

According to the document, Andronescu, former Education Minister, was the female personality with most presences on TV (20 apparitions). Second was Vranceanu Firea (12), followed by Saftoiu (10).

When it comes of male apparitions, there are no major changes compared to previous months: Bogdan Chirieac continues to be 1st (34), followed by Mugur Ciuvica (31) and Marius Pieleanu (25).

In February, Mihail Neamtu, president of New Republic, is the political leader that spent 652 minutes on TV sets, followed by Aurelian Pavelescu – PNTCD president (484 minutes) and, on tie when it comes of minutes (426), by Crin Antonescu – PNL president and Victor Ciorbea.

Andronescu (PSD) leads in the top of the most active politicians in February, followed by Ioan Ghise (PNL) and Liviu Pop (PSD). Next are Codrin Stefanescu (PSD), Radu F. Alexandru (PDL) and Sorin Rosca Stanescu (PNL) – 14 presences in TV studios each and Gabriela Vranceanu Firea and Catalin Ivan (PSD) – 12 presences each.

In February, the most visible political party in TV studios was PSD (219 presences), followed by PNL (204) and PDL (182).
