Radu Moraru, owner of Romanian channel Nasul TV, made a real scandal at CNA, where he manifested his revolt related to the fact that the audiovisual council rejected a petition related to the fact that Nasul TV was excluded from UPC’s digital distribution network.
Moraru was present at CNA to dispute a report made by CNA inspectors and ANCOM and also to ask a rediscussion for a petition submitted in September.
