Dinu Patriciu is not allowed, for 2 years, to run activities to compete with the companies that are part of Adevarul Holding, that were taken over, last year, by Cristian Burci. The non-competition clause is included in the contract made by Patriciu and Burci, according to Hotnews, and is also mentioned in the decision through which Competition Council gave its ok for the transaction.
Competition Council mentioned the clause was applied only to the 8 companies part of ADH that were subject of the transaction, not to the entire group, that included another 2 companies that weren’t acquired by Premium News.
