Cristinela Odeta Nestor, former employee at the company that organized Bingo Metropolis at Antena 1, was appointed chief of the Romanian National Office for Gambling, according to Evz.
According to Nestor’s CV, she worked in 2011-2012 as financial director at Monte Calm Imob, a company with activities in gambling via games like Bingo Metropolis or Cazino Metropolis.
The reason to set up National Office for Gambling is to bring as much money to the state budget from the taxes and fees demanded from companies active in the gambling sector.
