SRTv bought landline telephonic services from Romtelecom, the value of the contract reaching to Euro 204,651 (no VAT added), according to a recent attribution contract quoted by Mediafax.

To designate the winner, TVR took in consideration the lowest price. Also, it received just one offer for this and the contract was given through negotiations.
