Cozmin Gusa, main shareholder (together with Maricel Pacuraru) at Realitatea Media, leaves the position of editorial director at Realitatea TV and is replaced by an editorial council including Vera Secrieru, Raluca Finta and Sorin Kosz.
The new editorial council will start its activity next week and will coordinate the editorial strategy of the group.
Other managerial positions within the trust
At Realitatea TV, Mura Frinculescu remains executive director “with role of interface between editorial and management, but also as Realitatea’s representative in the relation with the institutions and partners, including CNA”.
The daily decisions on TV programs’ content will lay with 3 Editors of the day (EOD): Bianca Oanea, Madalina Dulama and Horatiu Mihai.
Robert Tatarus will be Special Projects Manager at Realitatea and, at websites level, together with Sorin Kosz, responsible will also be Viorel Dobran and Dan Duca.
According to Gusa, the techico-economic-administrative activities will continue to be supervised by Maricel Pacuraru, that will act via selected managers.
The decision came as Cozmin Gusa moves together with his family in Oradea starting July.
