Mihaela Albu, Channel Manager Antena 2, decided to “pursue personal projects”, as she stated, in a point of view related to her quitting the TV station, that “I want more than creating and developing this TV station for 7 years, without having all the time the needed support in an effort of such a scope” .
After Albu made the announcement, Antena 2’s officials also declared that the TV will undergo changes at operational level “in order to prepare for a new strategic approach that will be introduced in the following months”.
Until a new Channel Manager will be appointed, the job will be filled in ad interim by Daniela Draghici

I love this job and I’ve done it for 20 years with a lot of pleasure. So I cannot allow anyone or anything to diminish my desire to do this from now on also.
I thank to the team together with I built a TV station that performed with professionalism no matter the situations.”
