Bucharest’s Court decided, on October 10th, to suspend CNA’s decision to withdraw the 24 frequencies for Radio Guerrilla, until the main case is solved. The decision could be attacked by CNA in term of five days since it was pronounced, but the institution didn’t act on it.
CNA is organizing, in November, a contest to attribute 71 radio frequencies, including the ones Radio Guerilla used. Realitatea Media lost the 24 licenses in Septemer, when CNA decided to withdraw them because the company tried to auction them, an action that isn’t allowed by law
