SNR paid Euro 1M for 3 multiplexes. The digital TV auction ended

Following the digital TV auction, 3 multiplexes were bought by SNR (Romanian Radio-Communications Society) for a total amount of Euro 1,020,002 representing licensing fee, an ANCOM press release shows.

SNR won the multiplex conditionally given „free to air” and 2 other multiplexes in UHF band.

Licence fee must be paid in the next 90 calendaristic days, after which ANCOM will give to SNR the licence to use the radio frequencies in order to operate the 3 national digital TV multiplexes.
The licences are given for 10 years and will be operational starting June 17th 2015
