The president of a Romanian communist association (Working Romania Association) wants to forbid Adelin Petrisor’s book on North Koreea, “The country with one fat person”, as the journalist wrote on his blog.

“The president of a Romanian communist association sent to TVR’s president a letter in which demands him to withdraw my book from the market. The man says he spoke with the North-Koreean ambassador and has his agreement. He also menaces that, if TVR won’t block the Gaudeamus launch, a diplomatic scandal will follow”, Adelin Petrisor writes, on his blog.

Adelin’s book, written after his visit in North Koreea (2012), will be launched at Gaudeamus on November 24th, at Dacia’s stand.

The document signed by Daniel Dediu, president Working Romania Association, “refers inclusively to an interview offered to Garantat 100%”.

“I assure you that I don’t have anything to do with this, it isn’t a PR stunt. I wished I was that sneaky”, Petrisor mentions, in his blog post.

According to the document sent by Dediu, Adelin Petrisor insulted “the North-Korean people” during the interview at Garantat 100% and wrote a book that he named “The country with one fat person”, hinting to country’s leader. The same document says that Petrisor “mocked the realization of North-Korean people”.

The same document states that North-Korean ambassador in Bucharest wants formal excluses presented to the Embassy and also demands Petrisor’s book not to appear at Gaudeamus
