Romanian branding agency Brandient has a new partner, the investment fund Pontus Euxinus Venture, controlled by Alexandre Almajeanu, French businessman with Romanian origins. Almajeanu entered Brandient shareholdership with a package of 11% shares.

During the same transaction, Tatiana Malacopol sold her social shares in Brandient, which she had bought in 2004.

Alexandre Almajeanu co-founded, in France, the online business VoyagerMoinsCher.com, sold to PriceMinister in 2007. Starting 2006, he is investing in Romania, especially in online and creative sectors.

Alexandre Almajeanu:

„I had the pleasure to know Brandient from the moment I came back in Romania in 2006 and, after so many years as friend and as client, I invest now with full trust in agency’s development. After all, it wasn’t a difficult decision, considering the impeccable results, the solid financial standing and, more than anything, the reputation and value Brandient brings in each project”

Aneta Bogdan, Managing Partner Brandient:

“First of all, we want to thank Tania and Dinu Malacopol, that were close to us as business angels since 2004. We tried, every year, to insure a good ROI, but even after this exit, the friendship with them remains priceless.
We are happy to announce today the partnership with Alexandre, whos investment in Brandient encourages us to continue expanding and develop brand innovation and international projects we are working on”

The founding partners Aneta Bogdan, Cristian ‘Kit’ Paul and Mihai Bogdan keep controlling 78% of Brandient’s shares.
