The number of Romanians that have subscriptions to services that retransmit audiovisual programs increased 5.7% last year, to 6,4M, the number covering over 85% of the total number of Romanian households, according to ANCOM, quoted by Mediafax.
From the total, 4.1M had subscriptions to services provided via cable (+8,7% compared to 2012), 2,2M are subscribers to DTH satellite networks (-0,2%), and 56.000 had IPTV subscriptions (+49%).
