Slovak group JOS Media House sold its entire participation (100%) to Euromedia Group, one of the leaders of Romanian outdoor advertising market, toward a private group of Romanian investors, according to a press release.
The parties decided to keep confidential all the details related to this transaction.
The sales comes after, in December, JOJ Media House acquired EPAMEDIA, former main direct shareholder of Euromedia Group.
Epamedia owned on the Romanian market the outdoor specialists Beta Cons and Euromedia Group, that merged in the start of this year and transformed in Euromedia Group.
Euromedia Group has a network of over 8.000 ad panels in Romania and 84 employees. Group’s turnover for 2012 was of Euro 7,56M
